Brad is currently CEO of Live in the Grey (LITG). Launched in 2013, Live in the Grey is a movement that challenges the work-life divide by helping individuals discover authentic work and helping companies build fulfilling, impactful and connected cultures.
Additionally, Brad is a co founder of Native Ranch [also, a LITG strategic partner], a high design retreat destination in the Hudson Valley for transformational corporate and personal experiences. He has a passion for entrepreneurial innovation and mission-driven companies, as well as twenty years of experience building world class teams.
Prior to Live in the Grey, Brad was a GM at Birchbox. Brad has also worked as a technology strategy consultant at Accenture, Senior Applications Manager at Yahoo!, partner at Olivia, co-Founder and CEO of mPowered Solutions, and President of Lookbooks Media.
Brad currently serves as Board President of BOFFO, a nonprofit that empowers creative leaders to use art and design as a vehicle for change. He enjoys his daily meditation practice, caring for his horse Charlie and spending weekends at his home nestled in the outdoors in the Hudson Valley with his husband Andrew and their pit bull Pixie.
