Join us for an evening of discussion, experience sharing, and networking regarding:

Innovating At Light Speed

Building new business models in a transforming industry

A discussion with The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Time, and The New York Times

Gone are the days when news, financials and other information were simply printed and delivered to your front door. Today, media companies find themselves coping with rapidly shrinking cycle-times and dramatically increased complexity associated with digital media, mobile and tablet applications, and other rapidly evolving media venues.

Such “hyper-evolution” creates unique challenges and opportunities, such as:

How to transform companies into nimble, super creative, innovative enterprises?
How to rapidly build and maintain a culture supportive of rapid innovation?
How best to structure the overall company, organize teams, and create flexible management processes to ensure success?
How to maintain a consistent message and brand identity across the numerous platforms?
How to understand the wide variety of users’ experiences and associated complex requirements?
How to “build the plane while flying it;” how to rapidly establish new organizational models and capabilities, while still maintaining conventional business?

The evening will include a panel discussion outlining how these leading companies are not only addressing these challenges, but also thriving by exploiting the many new market opportunities they present. The evening will also include a networking reception and a Q/A session so that participants can not only walk away with new contacts, but also leave with an understanding regarding how to apply cutting edge methodologies and tools to optimize their own innovation results. This event is relevant to anyone interested in how to start building new business models and looking to emulate the best companies.
