About Sally Wang
Sally (Yuanheng) Wang has an interdisciplinary career in healthcare that spans law, policy, business, science & technology. Sally is Chief Strategy Officer, EVP of Intellectual Property (IP) and Regulatory at Click Therapeutics, a mobile health startup focused on evidence-based digital therapeuticsTM solutions to diseases and health conditions. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Charles S. Haight, Jr. of the Southern District of New York and practiced law at the premier IP boutique Fitzpatrick Cella Harper Scinto. She also worked on healthcare issues of national importance at US Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee and US Food and Drug Administration. Prior to her legal career, Sally was a business management consultant for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, serving several of the top 10 pharma companies as well as smaller biotech and venture capital firms.
Sally has written and presented on numerous aspects of healthcare law and policy and IP law. She co-authored the American Bar Association's book Health Care IT, the Essential Lawyer's Guide to Health Care Information Technology and the Law and published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology.
Outside of the tech world, Sally serves on the board or senior leadership of several non-profits, including as General Counsel of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, board member of SHARE Cancer Support and the Legal Aid Society of New York (NLP).
Sally received a joint JD/MPH from Harvard Law School/Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and A.B. in Biology, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
