Level up your product role w/ a gamified workshop mixing and matching Lean, design thinking, Agile, any many more tools instead of another PMP or Scrum seminar. Put theory into real-life practice & earn certifications + PDU/SEU's without sitting through long lectures.

For product creators who are passionate about solving the needs of customers, the #PoDojo is a highly interactive learning workshop designed to power up your skills in product discovery, design and development. During these three days, we will eschew the use of PowerPoints or theoretical teachings in favor of simulation activities and context-based group challenges that enable you to own your role's potential, and experience what a functional team feels like in the way Lean and Agile is supposed to work.

Recent participants in other #PoDojo workshops have included: Alcatel-Lucent, Groupon, Wooga, Zalando, Daimler AG, Clipkit, Nokia, and Tui among many others.

As a #PoDojo Attendee you will:
- Understand how to create a compelling vision and communicate them effectively to teammates, stakeholders, and clients
- Learn how to elevate team dynamics and break down the silos and stagnation between design and development, regardless of your organizational structure
- Participate in gamified Lean and Agile product development exercises to reduce waste and prevent sprints from turning into a constant pressure cooker
- Create a culture of ongoing customer discovery together with your teams in order to build great products that delight your customers
- Activate your skills for Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Story Mapping, Preto- and Prototyping, Business Model Generation and Radical Management in order to deliver results.

Who is this for?
The #PoDojo is for anyone who wants to lead a product development effort e.g. Agile product managers or product owners but also those who also actively contribute: Scrum Masters, UX Designers, high performing developers, even Product Marketers and other functional/leadership roles. The style of the workshop is experiential, immersive and highly interactive.

Previous #PoDojo attendees have included everyone from 10-year Product veterans, to those working with a development team for the first time and even HR professionals supporting Agile practices. Ideally you are currently working with a product development team and are familiar with the basics of Lean and Agile product development. If you are just getting started in this area, you will be provided a bit of pre-work to help you catch up with a number of the concepts being explored during the #PoDojo. Meals will be provided. Details and recommendations will be sent upon registration.

Group rates will be considered upon request.

Certified Scrum Product Owner Training
For participants who have not already received Certified Scrum Product Owner training, this workshop will enable you to become a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner. After completing the #PoDojo:
You have the option to be registered with the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (no additional effort or cost required). You may apply for 18 Scrum Alliance SEUs upon completing this workshop if you are already a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Developer or Certified Scrum Professional.

You have the option to apply for 18 PMP PDUs with the Project Management Institute, satisfying 18 of the required training hours for the new PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner).
