<P><SPAN><STRONG>MichaelLavergne</STRONG>is a sustainable apparel and ethical supply chain professional with some 20 years of multinational branded experience, having spent the better part of a decade working offshore in Latin America, Asia, East Africa and the Middle East. A jack of all trades,<SPAN>Michael</SPAN>has worn a variety of supply chain hats at leading brands, trading companies, auditing firms and civil society groups.</SPAN>Michaelcurrently serves on the UNCTAD/ITC Stakeholder Engagement Committee for sustainable development while working as a consultant on change management and supply chain engagement projects for SME operators. He serves on the board of directors at Toronto's 'Fashion Takes Action' and is currently completing his graduate dissertation on Corporate Diplomacy at SOAS, University of London. His new industry insider's book<I>'Fixing Fashion; Rethinking the way we make, market and buy our clothes'</I>was released mid October by New Society Publishers.</P>
<P><SPAN><STRONG>Patrick Duffy</STRONG> heads sustainability and manufacturing ecosystem development at Manufacture New York, managing sustainability strategy, hub ecosystem planning, manufacturer engagements and onboarding, as well as sustainability consulting services. He has over 15 years of consulting and project management experience and research examining the feasibility of product level sustainability certification systems for apparel with the consortium A Clean Future. Patrick holds a Master of Regional Planning (MRP) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with dual Concentrations in Economic Development and International Development & Social Change, and Majored in Philosophy at the University of California, at Berkeley.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN><SPAN><STRONG>Dr. Leonardo Bonanni</STRONG> is an entrepreneur, a scholar and an advocate for supply chain sustainability: in 2011 he founded Sourcemap Inc., the first supply chain mapping company; he has taught sustainability at MIT, Parsons, Columbia University and NYU, and he has been named among Americans Most Influential People in Business Ethics and Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs. He holds a PhD from the MIT Media Lab and has a background in engineering and design.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG>Meghan Ryan</STRONG>is part of the advisory services team at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility), where she works with leading global companies in the apparel, food, tech, and financial services industries on supply chain sustainability. She co-authored the BSR report, <A HREF="http://www.bsr.org/en/our-insights/report-view/climate-resilient-supply-chains" REL="nofollow">Business Action for Climate-Resilient Supply Chains</A>, which was a precursor to BSRs recently published supply chain report, <A HREF="http://www.bsr.org/en/our-insights/blog-view/new-bsr-kering-report-examines-how-climate-change-affects-luxury-fashion" REL="nofollow">Climate Change: Implications and Strategies for the Luxury Fashion Sector</A>, written in conjunction with Kering. Previously, Meghan worked in sustainable agriculture as a program manager at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. Meghan holds an M.B.A. in Sustainability from Bard College and a B.A. in Biology and a B.A. in Anthropology from Williams College.</P>
