Jasmina Nikolic has been proving this for years, organizing educational programs. And now she has used Agile to organize organize "Enough is Enough", the main Opposition Party in Serbia.

Jasmina will draw from this experience to show you how to use Agile principles to distribute leadership across globally dispersed offices, align individuals on your strategy, and create a Learning Organization that responds quickly to feedback loops.

Presenter:Jasmina Nikolic is an agile organizational developer, business strategist and coach, and founder at Jazillify. She is a Vice-President of the Higher Education Reform Expert Team at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia. She is a global pioneer in transferring agile methodologies from the world of software development into the field of higher education policies and instructional design. She also teaches at the University of Belgrade. She is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, trained Kanban coach, and Open Space facilitator.
