Michelle Bacharach the CEO & Cofounder of FINDMINE, a retail technology that uses machine learning to scale the currently manual & tedious process of product curation. FINDMINE takes your product catalogue & merchandisers looks, runs them through our proprietary algorithms & combines them with user data to highlight your goods in each shoppers perfect outfit, on your site & in your ads, emails, & stores. The company works with billion-dollar brands, womenswear retailers, & other high-fashion leaders, increasing conversion & average order values by up to 100% & lifting incremental revenue by 6% for their customers.Marlies Santos Deas is FINDMINE's resident Data Scientist. She received a Masters in Data Science from Columbia University, prior to which she was one of the first software engineers to work on IBM Watson.

Joy Tang is a former high frequency algorithmic trader turned computer vision entrepreneur. She left a seven figure salary in high frequency trading to create Markable, the leader in fashion image recognition. Originally from China, Joy attended MIT on a full scholarship, with majors in math & economics. She also holds a Gold Medal in Math Olympics in China & as a teen was the anchor of a Chinese television program. She understood how to build algorithms from her work in high frequency trading, & upon noticing a huge gap in the market between e-commerce & digital content, she was inspired to develop the AI technology to make all actors' & actresses' wardrobes immediately shoppable

Chaya Cooper is the Chief Product Officer & Founder of Click2Fit (www.click2fit.com), which is creating the first automated & scalable expert recommendation systemenablingretailers to quickly & accurately recommendclothingyou'll love, that flatters & fits. Chaya realized that many of the industrys inefficiencies & consumers pain points could be addressed by making it easier for shoppers to find the needle in the haystack, & when she kept running up against the Catch-22 of being unable to build AI software this complex without the funding to hire a tech team, she started learning everything she needed to know in order to develop Click2Fits software & build it herself from artificial intelligence, cognitive neuroscience & physics, to designing the architecture, creating the algorithms, & developing the software.

Chaya is a two-time fashion tech entrepreneur & long-time strategy & product development consultant turned full stack developer. She serves as an adviser & mentor to several female founders & women in tech through Dreamers // Doers & Women Who Tech, & has been featured on CNBCs Power Lunch & in AlleyWatchs Women in NYC Tech.
