Since October of 2007, Richard X. Seet has served as Chairman of RXS Enterprises, an entity formed to make investments. He is a director of Lillian August Designs, a high end furniture retailer & designer; Clos-ette, the leader in high end organizational design & products; Surf Air Holdings, a private air travel membership company; Atlas Media Corp, a producer of factual TV programming; & Odisea Athletics, an athletic apparel brand founded in partnership with La Liga.

From 2012 to 2015, he served as Vice Chairman of Mojo Organics, the exclusive bottler of Chiquita branded premium fruit juices.

From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Seet served as Chairman of Amity Entertainment, an independent film & children's entertainment company he built with Angelo, Gordon & Co. Amity's feature films included the "Ernest" library. In 2007, as Executive Producer, he won an Emmy Award for Best Children's Show for The Big Comfy Couch, a media property owned by Amity.

From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Seet served as Chairman of Seet Kummerfeld Prieb where he led the formation & sale of Reliant Media Services, a consolidator of mid-market prepress facilities with over $150 million in revenue.

From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Seet co-founded Qiosk.com with equity financing led by United Business Media, a FTSE 100 company, providing digital distribution of multimedia interactive publications.

From 1993 to 2000, he was a principal at the Carlyle Group where he initiated, led, & chaired Carlyle's entry into Asia.

From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Seet was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School where he authored numerous case studies on Asian competitive strategy.

Mr. Seet received his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology & his doctoral education in molecular genetics at Harvard where he was a Baxter Fellow.
