About This Workshop

Great startups often come from founders who had their idea while working a separate job. In this class, youll develop a clear, 30-day roadmap to evaluate your potential startup idea without quitting your job. Along the way, youll learn how to drastically mitigate the risks involved in pursuing your idea and put yourself in the best possible position to succeed.

Takeaways

  • Identify a few core hypotheses, then create a minimum viable product that cheaply and quickly validates or disproves these hypotheses.

  • Learn how to evaluate product/market fit and create personas to represent core customer segments.

  • Define goal-oriented milestones that include solving a specific problem, acquiring customers, testing hypotheses, defining success, and eventually building a team and understanding funding needs.

  • Make an informed go / no go decision on your startup idea.
