Amidst the whirlwind of New York Fashion Week, Independent Fashion Bloggers (IFB) brings to you 2013's first fashion blogging conference which promises to deliver unparalled insight and inspiration from the leaders you follow and admire. Back for its 8th season, over 400 expected attendees will be in attendance which means new exciting friends, potential blog-business partners and a ridiculous amount of fun.
