Announcing our Second Meeting!

Our first meeting got us off to a great start. We were able to define a set of capabilities, and the team members we will need to be able to execute. I'll be circulating a summary shortly.

With the holidays, I thought it best to schedule our next formal meeting two weeks from today on December 27th. This time, I'm going to arrange for some space in Manhattan to hold it so that it will be more convenient for more people to come.

Please continue to spread the word about the meetup. We have to move aggressively to meet our dates.

January 23rd is the Q&A session with the City.

February 18th is the submission deadline.

As discussed last night, we plan to build a prototype model, have a rendering of the actual device, and have a virtual site with our submission.

As we move along further, we'll form a formal consortium and move to protect our IP rights.
