The New Challenge Pitch Session is an opportunity for the public to hear the the creative proposals of New School students seeking to address social and environmental challenges.  Students will pitch their ideas to a judging committee who will decide on the prizes to be awarded. The New Challenge is an ideas competition that provides student innovators with funding and other supports to take their ideas to the next level.

The judging committee includes well-known leaders in the field of Social Innovation, including Eli Malinsky from NYC's Centre for Social Innovation, IDEO Partner and Parsons Board of Governors Member Fred Dust, New School alum Sabine Blaizin from AmeriCorps, Aaron Hurst, President and Founder of Taproot foundation; and Emily Lutzker, founder of Open Invo.
