Previously,<STRONG> Toby directed strategy and business development for several early-stage, high-growth companies</STRONG>: <STRONG>Waywire</STRONG>, a video-based social network founded by Senator Cory Booker (then Mayor of Newark) which sold to <STRONG>Magnify.net</STRONG> in 2013; <STRONG>Timehop</STRONG>, a digital time capsule mobile app that recently raised a $10mm Series B round; and at the <STRONG>Gilt Groupe</STRONG>, as a founding team member of local services arm Gilt City and menswear vertical Gilt MAN.</SPAN></P>

Dr.Schmidt is also one of Pager's busiest on-call physicians, which informs his ability toconstantly better Pager's patient experience.</SPAN><SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"> Dr. Schmidt completed internship and residency at the Bellevue/New YorkUniversity Emergency Medicine Residency Program at the flagship public hospital inNew York City. After Bellevue Dr. Schmidt became an Attending Physician andpartner at Emergency Medical Associates, where he was the director of EmergencyMedicine medical rotation at Richmond University Medical Center. He later workedas an Emergency Physician at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California untilmeeting up with Philip Eytan and Gaspard de Druzy during the planning stages of</SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Pager.</SPAN> <STRONG></STRONG></SPAN><BR></SPAN></P>
