About This Class

You've got a handle on marketing basics like email construction and subscriber acquisition, but what do you do when you need to take your marketing acumen to the next level?
In this workshop, you'll learn new techniques that will help you craft a brand voice and engage your audience through marketing materials. About the Instructors

Brianna Plaza
Email Implementation Manager,
General Assembly

Brianna Plaza is a member of the General Assembly marketing team, whose expertise is all things email marketing (testing, segmentation, lead-nurturing). She also moonlights as a content writer and live-tweeter for GA events.
Brianna began in the not-closely-related world of international development working for a non-profit that works in developing communities in East Africa and South East Asia. She's a Digital Marketing alumnus who eventually turned her newly-acquired skills into a role on the GA Marketing team. In her current role as GA's Email Implementation Manager, Brianna works on a team responsible for producing marketing emails for all 14 of GA's campuses. She is also an Expert-in-Residence for GA's part-time Digital Marketing courses.
She also likes eating and talking about all the foods in New York City, and working on things over at Hook and Blade Magazine.

Isabel Rittenberg
Campaign Implementation & Optimization Manager,
General Assembly

Isabel Rittenberg is an experienced digital marketer on the General Assembly team, whose expertise spans email marketing, content marketing, and campaign execution.
Isabel began at Bay Area accelerator nestGSV (backed by GSV Capital), where she managed marketing and operations. Since joining General Assembly, she's held a number of roles on the marketing team, and in her current role as GA's Campaign Implementation Manager, Isabel oversees a team responsible for customer acquisition and brand awareness. She also always refers to herself in third person, so writing this bio came very naturally to her.
