This month's format is called Drink 'n Code, which is a lot like it sounds. Bring your laptop, grab a beer or a soda, hang out with fellow iOS devs, and above all, write some code. We've done similar nights a few times in the past, and it's always a lot of fun.
This is a perfect chance to spend an hour or two on a side project, dig into that new library you've been meaning to check out, or get a question answered that's been stumping you. Friends don't let friends code alone, so interaction with others is encouraged -- we'll kick things off at the beginning with announcements from anyone who is looking for help on a problem, or wants to team up for the night. Developers of all experience levels are welcome.
We're hosted this month by Animoto (thanks Chris)! Animoto has a beautiful open workspace that is well suited towards a gathering like this, and is also generously providing beer, soft drinks, and snacks. (If you need dinner, grab something on the way over.)
For those of you who prefer the talks, no problem, we'll be back next month with our regular lecture format.
