Description:Visualizing work is one of the basic tenets of kanban. Easy-to-see inventory alerts workers to waste and bottlenecks, and helps them manage processes. However, in software development, inventory is rarely something physical. We'll walk through how to visualize information, the work-in-process of the product development lifecycle, and give real-life tools and techniques to help make displays meaningful information radiators for your process.

Conal Scanlonis a lean and agile evangelist, with experience as a scrum master, product manager, and full-stack developer. He brings a broad, traditional lean background to software, having worked as a lean consultant in steel mills, hospitals, and retail. In his current role, he's scaling enterprise continuous improvement capabilities in a government healthcare IT consultancy.

Nick Price is the Global Delivery Director for Red Fuse Communications.He is an experienced leader in the digital advertising industry and manages the teams that deliver world-wide programs of work for Global brands.A keen advocate of Lean processes, Nick has spent the last few years implementing Kanban as a key tool to solve new and evolving industry challenges.
