Warren has been working with technology for over 25 years and in internet startups since the late 1990s. After working as VP Engineering at Solbright, an SaaS company creating workflow systems for online advertising, from 1999 to 2005, he left to join Fotolog as CTO. He scaled Fotolog to be one of the highest trafficked websites on the Internet at that time, and was acquired by Hi Media in 2007. From 2008 to 2011, he was SVP of Online Platform Development at MTV Networks. He returned to the startup world as CTO of XGraph, an online advertising firm that built custom audiences for advertisers using Big Data. XGraph was acquired in late 2011 by AddThis, where Warren served as SVP of Data Technology in charge of infrastructure. He left at the beginning of 2013 to join Everplans. Warren has a BA from Stanford and an MA from Columbia University.

Seth has also worked for General Motors in China, and has studied at Columbia Business School, Trinity College, Fudan University and Zhejiang University.
Terraly is a mobile ad tech and consumer analytics solution for the alcohol industry that gamifies raising money for clean water projects around the world. Using a mobile app, a user proposes a virtual toast. Terraly donates money to a clean water project for every toast, and every interaction with that toast. The toast includes information about the user's location (at a bar, restaurant, home, or event) and drink. Funds for donations come from revenue generated by providing alcohol brands with a data-driven market intelligence product, and on-premise consumer engagement opportunities.

Andrew studied economics at Boston College and The London School of Economics and is pursuing an MSc in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University.
