As American corporations struggle with managing the risks from cyber breaches, cyber security thought-leaders from government, industry, and academia will explore how to build effective corporate governance and risk management frameworks. We will focus, in particular, on how the development of a cyber insurance market might come to play a central role in refining risk management frameworks in cyberspace.
