EVENT DETAILS
In honor of 1,000,000,000 seconds since his birth, & to commemorate the perseverance & courage of refugees on World Refugee Day, contemporary violinist, composer, artist, Andrei Matorin & Peace Accelerators invite you to attend a performance that pushes the boundaries of the ordinary & what we believe is possible for ourselves & for the World. During Matorin's 100,000 second marathon performance (27 hours, 46 minutes, 40 seconds), he will draw attention to significant world issues while exploring the ephemeral nature of improvisation, questioning our standards of beauty & aesthetics, & challenging the significance we place on numbers & milestones.

Special guest artists, yoga instructors, meditation leaders & more will join him throughout a performance that effortlessly shifts between styles & genres throughout various times & states of the day. He strives to shed light & expand appreciation for what it means to be human in an age where technology slowly sterilizes our senses & emotions.

100,000 Seconds for Peace aims to excite over 100,000 people globally to contribute towards world peace. Proceeds from the event will support Peace Accelerators' Farms Not Arms mission, a first of its kind initiative to provide refugee camps with not only state-of-the-art sustainable farming technology, but also the necessary training & education to maintain & expand the operations to surrounding areas.

The top 100 contributors will be acknowledged with their names in the projection ticker during the entire event.
