 We invite you to join  us at the Microsoft New York office  for a VIP luncheon with Barbara Gordon, Corporate VP of Customer Service and Support for Microsoft,  for an interactive networking event focused on the trends, challenges and opportunities facing the Customer Service and Support Industry.

Come hear about what's top of mind,  share information about the challenges you face and how your organization leverages technology to succeed. During the session, Microsoft will also share some insights into emerging trends and opportunities.
