Neil Hetherington - <A HREF="http://www.habitat.org/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Habitat For Humanity</A>
Neil began his career in project management at Tridel Construction, Canada's largest condominium developer. In September 2000, he made a radical career change by joining Habitat for Humanity Toronto; at the time as the youngest CEO of a Habitat affiliate in the world. During his time at the helm, Habitat for Humanity Toronto accelerated its building program from an average of 1 home every two years to 45 annually. The Habitat Toronto ReStore operations increased revenue by over twelve times.Neil joined Habitat NYC as its Chief Executive Officer in 2013. He can be seen regularly building with Habitat for Humanity both locally and internationally.

Bridget McGovern - <A HREF="https://www.catchafire.org/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Catchafire</A>
Bridget is a Senior Partnership Manager at Catchafire, a leading skills-based volunteer platform that matches professionals who want to volunteer their expertise or skills with nonprofits that need their help. In her role, she is responsible for consulting with Executive Directors and CEOs of nonprofits to learn about their challenges and to ensure their organizations are fully prepared to leverage skills-based volunteers. Bridget has previously worked in business development roles for a variety of social enterprises focusing on women empowerment, Fair Trade, environmental services, and eco-friendly products.
 
 Rob Acton - <A HREF="http://www.taprootfoundation.org/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Taproot Foundation</A> 
Rob has more than two decades of experience building, leading and scaling social good organizations as both a nonprofit chief executive and board leader. In 2011, Rob was named Executive Director of Taproot Foundation in New York City and is serving as interim leader of Taproot's work in Chicago, as well. Taproot Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging business executives in pro bono service in order to strengthen the nonprofit sector and, in turn, our nation's communities. Prior to Taproot, Rob led Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA) in Chicago. Under Rob's leadership, CGLA received the prestigious Alford-Axelson Award for Nonprofit Managerial Excellence. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Development Committee of the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, an organization representing and serving 1,500 member nonprofit organizations in the New York City region. Further, he serves on the Board Governance Committee of the NYC Anti-Violence Project. Rob is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
 
Caitlin Kelley - <A HREF="http://africavolunteercorps.org/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Africa Volunteer Corps</A>
Caitlin is the Co-Founder of Africa Volunteer Corps (AVC), which provides fellowships for Africans to volunteer in local social good projects run by Africans. By creating a springboard for grassroots leaders and bolstering ground-up social change efforts, AVC positions Africans to drive development on their own continent. Caitlin founded Africa Volunteer Corps after majoring in African history and working at a grassroots NGO in Tanzania, which inspired her to change the way the West interacts with Africa and create a platform for local people to harness their resources to create the change they want to see in their own communities. Caitlin's passion is to facilitate justice and self-determination wherever possible and to open doors for people to live their greatest potential.
 

Gary Bagley - <A HREF="https://www.newyorkcares.org/" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">New York Cares</A>
After joining New York Cares in 2004, Gary served as Senior Director of Programs and Associate Executive Director before being appointed Executive Director in 2008. He is responsible for more than tripling annual volunteer service delivery, filling more than 200,000 volunteer positions on 20,000 projects and serving over 1,300 nonprofit organizations and schools last year. Since Hurricane Sandy, Gary has overseen the launch of programs serving homeowners, nonprofits, and schools in the impacted areas that have resulted in the filling of over 22,000 volunteer positions. Gary led New York Cares in garnering The 2009 New York Times Company Nonprofit Excellence Award for Overall Management Excellence and the 2010 Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Points of Light. Gary holds an M.P.A from Baruch College of The City University of New York, where he is now an Adjunct Lecturer.

Marcos Salazar - <A HREF="http://besocialchange.org" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow nofollow">Be Social Change</A>
Marcos is a career coach, business strategist, entrepreneur, and speaker. He is currently the Co-founder + Executive Director of of Be Social Change, the largest social good community and professional development hub in New York City. For most of his career Marcos has led a double life. By day he's been a non-profit innovator as a Research Officer for the American Psychological Association, a Tech Strategist and Leadership Researcher for Girl Scouts of the USA , as well as VP of Programs at the White House Project. By night he's been an entrepreneur launching two clothing companies, an author of two books (currently working on his third), as well as a former personal trainer, spinning instructor, and elected official in Brooklyn.
