Prize consists of a business development package valued at about $25,000, including round trip flight to London, 5 night hotel stay, 3 months free office space, legal services, recruitment services, mentorship, and more.

The competition is open to US technology companies headquartered in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania.
