In this class, you will learn how to manage emotions and think under pressure, explore Empathetic Leadership and the neuroscience behind it, learn how to stay flexible and open in the face of change. Lastly, you will study emotional, social, and cognitive intelligence competencies and practice conversations that promote sustained learning and development.
