'Structure Your Venture for Impact' with Kyle Westaway

Kyle will walk us through how to choose the best legal structure for small, entrepreneurial ventures.  He will focus on new and emerging legal structures such as Benefit Corporations, B Corps and L3Cs.  His lectures draw from his experience both as a social entrepreneur and as legal counsel to social entrepreneurs.
