Prior tothat Guillaume was General Manager of Louis Vuittons flagship Champs-lyses store in Paris, where he manageda $150 million P&L and team of 25 people. Under his leadership, sales increased by 72% and management retentionremained at record low rates. He began his career with Nestle Ralston Purina and Colgate Palmolive Hills PetNutrition in the health and pet Industry where he found the opportunity and inspiration for his firststartup, Alidoo.com. Alidoo was Europes first online retail company dedicated to pets, where he raised capital at a$20M first round valuation.Guillaumes advisory experience, as founder and Chairman of Sequoia Lab, focused on implementing growth andbrand strategies for companies with a sustainable and socially responsible interest, brands with a purpose, as he callsthem. His broad range of clients goes from large multinational companies to successful entrepreneurs and artists.This includes Alicia Keys, George Esquivel, LOreal, Lactalis, Organic Avenue, ArtWeLove, Brick House Security,CraftAtlantic, GustOrganics, Atlason, KeyLogic, TheGreenShows, Portofino, Mintbox, YellowBrck, Keywifi,Newlio, The Barbers Daughters and Scott Lazerson. In 2011, Mayor Bloomberg named him a NYCVenture Fellow, an honor given to exceptional entrepreneurs who create jobs in New York City.
