Rodney joined comScore following its recent acquisition of Proximic, a contextual data company and long-term AppNexus partner, where Rodney was CEO. <P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: Arial;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><SPAN STYLE="line-height: 1.6em;">Rodney Mayers is currently the Senior Vice President of Commercial initiatives at comScore, Inc., a global leader in digital media analytics.</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;"> </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">Prior to his current role, Rodney was the CEO of Proximic, a web analytics and data delivery platform. Rodney started at Proximic in 2011 with a goal of bringing the company's data products and services to the RTB market. Proximic was acquired in April 2015 by comScore, Inc. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">Prior to joining Proximic, Rodney was the Chief Operating Officer of Adify, Inc., the platform of choice for building vertical advertising networks. Before Adify, he was AVP of Interactive Media for Cox Enterprises where his work in developing and executing on Cox's Internet strategy resulted in the acquisition of Adify in April of 2008.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">During his tenure at Cox, he held positions in Planning and Product Development and was VP of Business Development</SPAN> at the Cox Interactive Media busi<SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">ness unit in the late 90's. He later moved to the Corporate Development department at Cox Enterprises where he worked with Senior Management across each of the Cox divisions on various strategic initiatives. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">His early career in media included roles at Young and Rubicam, BBDO and Prodigy Communications, one of the first commercial Internet Service Providers in the United States. </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Rodney has an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University. He currently lives in the Bay Area with his wife and children.</SPAN></P>
