<P STYLE="text-align: left;">Prior to joining the team, Heston worked as the managing partner to First Round Capitals Dorm Room fund, a student-run venture firm that invests in student-run companies. Heston completed his first round of venture capital training at First Round Capital, where he worked primarily on sourcing new opportunities to expand the community as well as the triage, evaluation,and qualification of inbound deal flow.</P>
<P><STRONG>Heesun Lho</STRONG></P>
<P>Heesun is currently a Venture Partner at 500 Startups and is based in New York City. While in Seoul, Korea, she was Co-Founder and CEO of Vengine, a recruiting platform for startups, and did Business Development and Strategy work for CLO3D, a startup working to bring efficiency to fashion and CG through 3D virtual clothing. Previously, Heesun was VP of Projects at YouNoodle, a startup based in San Francisco focused on building a meaningful platform for entrepreneurs around the world. Heesun helped develop YouNoodle's technology as well as implement and support entrepreneurship programs. Heesun received her M.A. in Education and B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University, where she also served as Co-President of BASES (Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students). Heesun remains on the Board as an advisor for BASES.</P>
