<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Amelia Winger-Bearskin is an artist, creative director, & organizer who develops cultural communities at the intersection of art, technology, & advocacy. She is currently the director of IDEA New Rochelle, Interactive Digital Environments Alliance (IDEA), which is dedicated to promoting, developing, & maintaining a vibrant new arts & technology district in New Rochelles downtown.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Amelia was a professor of time-based media art & performance art at Vanderbilt University for five years before founding & directing the DBRS Innovation Labs, an applied AI research lab that specialized in developing creative uses of artificial intelligence & machine learning technologies.</SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Lina Srivastava is the founder of CIEL, which catalyzes & amplifying social impact through creative media. She's a strategist who combines technology, culture, art, & storytelling for social transformation by bringing new narrative forms & distribution techniques to human rights & global development initiatives. She is also the co-creator of the My City project & the lead on the Transformational Change Leadership storytelling project. She has worked strategic project design to a group of social impact organizations, including UNICEF, UNESCO, the World Bank, AARP, the U.S. State Department, & the Rockefeller Foundation.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">She is a Fulbright Specialist candidate, on the US State Departments American Film Showcase roster, a Rockwood Institute/JustFilms Fellow, a recipient of a Rockefeller Foundation leadership grant, a Civic Hall Labs Fellow, a Boehm Media Fellow, & a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Lina is a graduate of New York University School of Law.</SPAN><BR></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"><A HREF="http://www.pima-brooklyncollege.info/staff/andrew-kircher/" TARGET="_blank" REL="noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer nofollow noreferrer nofollow">Andrew Kirchner</A> - Director of the <A HREF="https://publictheater.org/Programs--Events/Under-the-Radar-Festival/Devised-Theater-Initiative/" TARGET="_blank" REL="noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer nofollow noreferrer nofollow">Devised Theater Initiative at the Public Theater</A></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">As a creative producer, Andrew has worked with companies including Ars Nova, Les Freres Corbusier, & Jollyship the Whiz-Bang, & was previously the associate director of the Under the Radar Festival. He is a PhD candidate at the CUNY Graduate Center with a focus on intellectual property & contemporary theater. Andrew also teaches in the Brooklyn College Performance And Interactive Media Arts (PIMA) MFA program. He also has a masters degree in theater history, with a focus on Chicano drama. He serves on the Electronic Technology Committee of the Association for Theatre in Higher Education; has presented research at ATHE, ASTR, IFTR, & MATC; & has served on panels with NEFA, Creative Capital, & the Segal Center, among others. He will curate the 2017 Prelude Festival.</SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG>Moderator</STRONG></P>
<P>Marco Castro Cosio graduated from the Interactive Telecommunications (ITP) program at the Tisch School for the Arts at New York University & has worked as curator of exhibitions & art festivals in New York & Mexico. He was MediaLab director at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, where he helped the museum to imagine art & its audiences in innovative perspectives. The lab created a network of brilliant & creative professionals dedicated to the vanguard in these subjects that propose visions for the futures of the culture.<BR> <BR>Prior to that, he worked as the first Visitor Experience Manager at the Queens Museum, where he also conducted workshops on developing interactive experiences for diverse communities. As an artist, his work nourishes urban communities in practical & playful ways, such as his project, Bus Roots, which seeks to equip the roofs of urban buses with lush gardens. Marco contributed to the series proposed by the UN, Rio +20; spoke at the TEDx conference in Cape May, NJ; & is a member of the Climate & Urban Systems Association (CUSP).<BR> <BR>He was also a TED speaker in Residence. He is currently a Research Fellow at the Brown Institute for Media Innovation, based at the Columbia University School of Journalism & an artist in residence at the Digital Future Lab.</P>
