He serves as Adjunct for the New York City Regional Innovation Node's I-Corp Program.<BR> Ramphis has served as policy adviser on entrepreneurship, technology, & economic development policy to leaders in Puerto Rico, Cuba, Norway, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Guatemala, among others.<BR> He is an engineer first, but have training/degrees in law, entrepreneurship, public policy, entrepreneurship education, & other useful skills.
