Job Description
Yipit is a recently venture-backed, one-year old, NYC-based startup. We're just 14 people but growing rapidly. We've been featured on NBC's The Today Show, the Early Show, CNN and more.
Yipit is revolutionizing the daily deal industry. We are building a much-needed user interface that sits on top of the over 500+ daily deal services and is used by hundreds of thousands of people. We need someone who will take ownership of that interface and take it to the next level.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ownership of the user experience across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Email, etc..)
Managing the creation of wireframes for new features and experiences
Managing and Designing those wireframes in the tool of your choice
We have advanced front-end developers here but comfort reading HTML/CSS is a strong plus
Required Skills:
Experience managing the design of web apps in a team environment. We will be reviewing your previous work.
Web design skills
Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Care about pixel perfection
