Job Description
EasyBib.com is looking for a FT Product Manager to join our growing NYC education technology company. As our Product Manager you will work with a team of developers, designers, and account managers to build products and improve our existing services. We are looking for strict attention to detail when managing projects and the ability to execute product initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the innovation and technical development of products
-Oversee all components of product development
-Establish priorities leading to product completion
-Integrate research and market analysis into product development
-Solve tech related issues from our institutional and individual subscribers
-Document bugs and report them to our development team, and work with them to come up with solutions
-Devise ways to enhance user satisfaction through creative solutions
Desired Skills & Experience:
-The ideal Product Manager has an innate entrepreneurial spirit and can excel in an environment where creative solutions are the norm. Some other key skills:
-Ability to understand SQL, PHP, Javascript, --HTML, CSS
-3-5 years of product management experience
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills over the phone and email
-Attention to detail
-Familiarity with Github or other bug-reporting tools
-Comfortable talking to both developers, customers, and project managers
-Strong problem-solving mentality
-Self starter
-Sense of humor |
