Artsicle is hiring Spring and Summer Semester interns! Love art? Ready to join one of the fastest growing startups in NYC? Want to have some fun with your internship? If so, keep reading!
Artsicle interns will learn about startup life, tech, the art world, and what it means to build something. You’ll be exposed to a ton of other great startups, mentors, investors. You’ll visit artist’s studios, stop by gallery openings, and help build something world changing. You can build new skills and develop a portfolio of real work. And we think you’ll have fun, too.
You’ll have a very flexible schedule and can often work from anywhere (minimum of 5 hours/wk). Internships are unpaid but we are able to offer college credit. And hey, if we all get along, we might just ask you to stick around fulltime.

Think you have an eye for transforming a space? Love working with art and local artists to make that happen? Want to help find the perfect artwork for a client, while helping artists? Then this is the role for you!
Artsicle works with hundreds of artists in the New York area to help get their work up on the local walls. As a Corporate Curation Intern you will help uncover the best artwork for new clients, bring your unique style and perspective to each project, and learn the practical in-and-outs of bringing art to today's businesses. We're always looking for new markets to explore, helpful tools to build, and more, so we'd love to hear your ideas and help you build a portfolio.
Requirements:
Design Eye- You know design is about more than arranging furniture and can work will clients to make a space their own through original artwork.
Interest in art - You don’t need a degree in Art History, but you do need to love spending time around art & artists. Previous experience writing about art is great.
People Person - You need to be able to interact with all different types of people with confidence and ease.
Organizational Skills - You’re gonna be looking at a lot of art & talking to a lot of artists at a pretty rapid pace; organization is essential to keeping all these efforts afloat.
Start-up attitude- We’re passionate about what we do, and we want you to be too. |
