Job Description
Kickstarter is looking for someone to oversee the training, growth, and satisfaction of our team, as well as partner with hiring managers on recruitment. We’re expanding quickly in every direction and soon to move into an amazing new office space in Brooklyn. As we continue to change the way creativity happens, we want to preserve our intimate, casual, and dynamic work environment.
Your tasks:
Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and devise ways to source great talent to fill those needs
Manage talent pipeline and screen, schedule, and close candidates
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience
Oversee professional development
Ensure employee growth and satisfaction
Manage review system, benefits, and other personnel policies and procedures
Train and develop managers
