Stray Boots
Our urban games are an entertaining way to enjoy any occasion or just spend an afternoon discovering new things.

Job Description
We're hiring for multiple levels of experience at our urban game / mobile-guided exploration startup: junior developers who are fast learners and already have a solid grounding in real-world software development, and senior developers who are as comfortable and confident making the big decisions about software architecture as they are placing parentheses in code.

You'll maintain and develop new features for our gameplay engine, e-commerce website, and content-management system, all built in Django. One week you'll be developing a customer account panel, the next reporting on data or developing a traveling-salesman algorithm: you'll never lack for variety. You'll be just our fourth technical hire, and will have tons of say in where we take our product.

ABOUT STRAY BOOTS
---------------------------------
Stray Boots is reinventing city exploration with scavenger hunt-style games you play using your cell phone (think your own private "Amazing Race").

So far, we've generated over 50,000 paying customers and developed products in 16 cities in the US and UK, not to mention being featured in the NY Times, Washington Post, and Fast Company. Having graduated the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator program (ERA), we're now building out our tech team so we can grow more quickly.

Founded by three Ivy-Leaguers with a passion for travel, we think we strike a pretty good workplace balance between playful and focused, between weekly meetings and Beer Fridays. You'll be joining a close-knit, enthusiastic and hard-working team fully invested in our product, customers, and vision.

Compensation commensurate with experience. To apply, send cover letter and sample code to careers@strayboots.com.
