Join Zocdoc as a Sales Operations and Strategy Associate! In this crucial role, you’ll do everything from creating new sales strategies to owning growth deliverables across the organization. Our business is expanding very quickly, and we’re looking for future leaders.
What you’ll do:
• Define and execute everything from broad sales strategies to tactical operational improvements
• Own key growth initiatives through strategic project management and partnerships with other business functions
• Implement ideas to improve sales effectiveness and productivity such as optimizing coverage, go-to-market design, sales process, and selling infrastructure
• Work directly with all levels of Sales and other departments (such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Data Science, and Finance), including our executives
• 3+ years of work experience in analytical roles, such as sales operations, strategy, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
• Stellar academic record and “get it done” attitude
