Job Description
Overview:
The SVP Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across the range of Opera Solutions products in order to materially improve our go-to-market effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
· Develop a go-to-market strategy, positioning, product launch, industry/sector focus areas
· Develop framework and strategy for monetization across the range of Opera Solutions products
· Manage a team of product marketers and suppliers (internal and external to Opera)
· Explore various models for solution delivery/implementation
· Work with various business lines to design appropriate pricing models
· Assist in design of roadmap for features, functionalities, and product evolution
· Develop and maintain a pipeline for potential new product incubation ideas – mindfully, explore new potentials and develop roadmap for new products
· Interact with innovators and opinion leaders throughout the Business, Scientific, and Academic Communities in order to understand and anticipate the next generation of Business Intelligence, Decision Science, Precision Marketing, and Predictive Business Analytics
· Provide thought leadership, press releases and author white papers as appropriate
· Lead a focused effort to monetize Opera Solutions’ core products
· Conduct a broad inventory of our capabilities and products to develop a plan for monetization for other products
· Responsible for telling the world about Opera’s products, managing the product launch, providing tools for the sales channel to market and sell the product, and for leading key programs such as online marketing and influencer marketing programs.
· Responsible for the high-level business/product requirements,

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a senior product marketing role at an enterprise software and/or advanced analytics company
· Expertise of working within a mutli-product scenario and collaborating extensively with global Software teams
· Expert knowledge of specifying requirements, competitive analysis/differentiation/concept validation
· Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship and consulting skills
· Significant experience in global delivery
· Ability to independently drive vision, strategy, execution and outcomes
· Solid presentation, influencing and communication skills
· MBA or equivalent
· Foreign language skills beneficial but not essential
This position may require travel.
