Job Description
You are a talented developer who understands your leadership is now more valuable than your lines of code.
In this role you will work with and lead a team of talented engineers developing HTML5, Flash, iOS and Android experiences.
You will be responsible for
Mentoring junior team members
Managing off shore developers and teams
Working with our HR team to find and hire new talent
Architecting server infrastructure and application frameworks,
Overseeing QA
Working closely with all departments to successfully launch new products.
Skills & Requirements
A passion for staying current on all web and mobile technologies.
An experienced leader with an excellent eye for talent.
Experience with iterative development and a strong motivation to meet milestones.
Success launching applications in the App Store, Google Play and Amazon Market.
Success working on large collaborative projects.
Ability to positively motivate everyone around you
Experience with object-oriented design, coding and testing patterns (plus a CS degree).
GitHub (or similar) profile with open-source contributions.
We have products using LAMP, Ruby, .NET, GAE, Obj-C, Java, AS3, HTML5, AWS, Drupal, Symfony, C++, Wordpress and every database under the sun. If you are an expert in all of these things, we can’t afford you. Instead, you know a lot about one and the capability to manage people who know the others.
