Job Description
The Back-end developer will report to the VP of Engineering and is responsible for working with the development team.
You must be a Ruby/JRuby Developer and you will work on a variety of parts of our system including a desktop processing application in JRuby, Resque jobs that integrate with our patented handwriting replication software, API creation, and external API integration. You should have experience with MRI Ruby/JRuby, Java, Building desktop applications and internal, back-end tools. Bonus points for: Resque, Mathematica.
Responsibilities
Things you might work on: Desktop processing application in JRuby, building internal web applications to review parts of handwriting processing, printer and email provider integration.
Position Requirements
BSc in Computer Science
Previous experience managing web application development is a plus
Previous experience with startup companies is a plus |
