Job Description
We are looking for full-time Software Engineers with at least 3-5 years of web development experience. We are executing an ambitious roadmap of exciting product developments, and are seeking people with entrepreneurial enthusiasm, a creative mind, and a desire to build something innovative. You will use technology to bring discovery to the shopping experience online. You will be responsible for design, development and testing in Java.
We are a small startup team and we work very collaboratively. We follow agile development practices and believe in frequent releases and iterations. Our office space is a beautiful loft on Bond St in Noho.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering
Minimum 3 years of agile web development experience
Significant experience in Java
eCommerce experience
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and J2EE
Extensive object-oriented experience
Database design and optimization with MySQL
CSS, Javascript, HTML
Unit testing
Good communication skills
Track record of delivering high quality software on time |
