Job Description
Looking for a full-time or part-time Spring intern to work at Metamorphic Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm. School credit can be applied in exchange for internship. Internship is non-paid.
Metamorphic Ventures is a seed stage venture capital firm that invests in companies working around the intersection between digital media and commerce.
The firm is seeking interns who can become an integral part of the company's day to day operations. Responsibilities will include summarizing potential investment opportunities, writing blog posts following our portfolio companies, and extensive market research around potential investments. Interns will work side-by-side with the associate at the firm sitting in on pitch meetings and sharing their opinions investment opportunities. The internship will serve as fantastic exposure to both investment fields and the booming technology industry in the New York City.
Ideal candidates should posses oral and written skills, an engagement and knowledge with digital media technology, experience with PowerPoint or KeyNote and a good level of comfort taking control of his or her own schedule. Also, experience working with, or a strong interest in technology startups is necessary. Ideal for a first year MBA student or college student studying business with investment knowledge and or background in the field. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to enter into the venture capital field. Very competitive field, only serious candidates that meet these credentials will be considered.

We are looking for an intern to work directly with the executive team, in a fast-paced environment. This internship is designed to allow the intern to experience a professional work environment and gain valuable experience for a career in business administration.
Scheduling is flexible depending on intern's school/work schedule. Available to give class credits. Internship is unpaid but travel and food expenses as well as a bonus is included.
