Anticipating the growth & importance of digital & emerging media to brand relevancy, he revolutionized GroupM by creating & developing their first social media practice, which ultimately became the model & standard-bearer for Mediacom, Mindshare & Mediaedge's social intelligence, content/tech lab & influencer practice in North America.
