Prior to Amazon, he was the head of Yahoo's Independent Research in New York focusing on scalable machine learning & data mining for Yahoo critical applications.
His personal research interests include data mining, optimization, streaming & online algorithms, machine learning, & numerical linear algebra & he'sreceived more than 1000 citations since 2012.
