No prior finance experience is necessary.

The class may be attended virtually.

This workshop will give you an overview of the three main financial statements specifically geared to early stage startups. We will also discuss most important financial ratios that you can use to analyze your business & should be presenting to investors as part of Investors Summary as well as how to do break-even analysis.

Presenter: Victoria Yampolsky, CFA

Founder of the Startup Station Meetup

Victoria Yampolsky, CFA, is the President of the Startup Station,a finance & strategy consultancy for early stage startups that focuses on formulating monetization strategies, financial modeling & valuation. She's also Founder of the Startup Station - Finance School for Entrepreneurs where she teaches finance to early stage startup founders.

She is an advisor to Jotteq, Opkix, & Stringflix, as well as founder of several ventures in media & entertainment. Previously, Victoria worked in Deutsche Bank Research & did IT consulting for CapGemini's Financial Services Division. Victoria holds a Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, in Computer Science, with minor in Mathematics, from Cornell University & an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School. Victoria is also on the Advisory Board of the CIS Department of Cornell University.
