We'll be sitting down with a panel of Founders & CEOs of healthcare companies to get a better sense of the challenges they face in building world-class teams, & how those challenges evolve through subsequent rounds of funding & growth. We'll dig in on things like company culture & how to hire for it, core values, diversity, & the role that having the right team plays in raising capital. We will also have a number of companies share the roles that they urgently need to fill with the group before the panel begins.
