1. MAXINE ''MAXI" KOZLER
Co-Managing Director at LDR Ventures

Maxi is the Co-Managing Director of LDR Ventures, a Los Angeles based female led venture capital firm. Maxi's expertise includes early stage capital raising, deal structuring & syndication, entertainment, intellectual property, licensing, branding, marketing & PR/social media.
Investments & Advisory roles include: Thrive Market, SweetGreen, Territory Foods, Junzi Kitchens, Shaka Tea & Parachute Home.
Maxi also gives her time to the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Advisory Council at Cal Poly University, as an Executive & VC in Residence at the Hot House Incubator at Cal Poly, as a Pod Leader for Declare (fka Parity Partners) & as a Mentor for SheWorx & the Black Girls Making Millions Academy founded by Mahisha Dillenger, entrepreneur, author & TV host.
In addition to investing, Maxi spearheads events in LA, SF & NYC with other female investors to teach women how to invest at the Angel & Seed levels in order to address the funding disparity of capital that goes to female founders.



2. AARON MICHEL
Partner at 1984 Ventures

Aaron is a partner at 1984 Ventures, a $42M seed stage venture capital firm in San Francisco. Prior to that he founded PathSource, a venture-backed startup that rose to be the top career app in the Apple App Store & was acquired in 2017.
He sits on the executive committee of San Francisco's Workforce Investment Board.
Named an Innovation Rockstar by the Boston Business Journal, Aaron has written for Entrepreneur Magazine, Fast Company & a range of business outlets.
He graduated from Harvard Business School & the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.



3. NICK ADAMS
Co-founder & Managing Partner at Differential Ventures

Nick Adams is the Cofounder & Managing Partner of New York-based seed fund Differential Ventures, a VC firm that has deployed over $200M. Previously, Nick was a Venture Partner at Supernode.vc, f.k.a. Flatiron Investors, where he evaluated seed- stage tech companies & led the due diligence for multiple investments.
Before joining the venture capital community, Nick held senior sales, marketing & product management roles for software companies that have realized over $1.3 billion in exit value, including: Opower (IPO), RAGE Frameworks (acquired by Genpact), Basware (publicly-traded on OMX), & Comverge (acquired by Itron).
Nick actively mentors startups out of Cornell Tech, NYU, & Northeastern University & is on the board of Off the Record', a non-profit dedicated to the support of venture-backed startup founders.
He is an investor on ZeeTV's startup show Break Through the Crowd' which follows the journey of several entrepreneurs.
Nick has a MSc in Global Finance from NYU & Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, an MBA in Corporate Finance from Northeastern University & a BA in History from Brandeis University where he played four years of varsity baseball.
