How do you define success? Does it mean having more money? A big job? Becoming well-known in your industry? Achieving fame? Making an impact?
We grow up thinking we have our path lined up & right in front of us. We have to work hard, focus, map out the next year, 5 years, 10 years. And then we'll find success. But what does that really mean? What if your definition of success doesn't match the traditional view?
The reality is, the world of business is changing. Careers are no longer linear, industries are no longer siloed. We no longer have one career that spans a lifetime; we spend decades in the workforce, & tend to move in & out of our fields, reinvent our path.
Professional women are powerful & we each have different goals, lifestyles, ambitions, work styles, & ideas -- but we all have one thing in common.
We're going to do it our way & we're ready to get the job done.
