Richard is deeply involved in the marketing technology industry & has worked in advertising, marketing technology & management consulting companies. Before joining Tencent, he worked as a solution architect & ad technology product manager at Neustar USA. Prior to this, he used to work in Accenture, Ogilvy, & Acxiom.

Bolong Li, Director of Audible, an Amazon Company
Bolong currently leads the customer acquisition team at Amazon's Audible. His team focuses on getting new customers though various channels. He also worked on engagement/retention before the current role. Prior to Amazon, Bolong worked at Apple & one of Goldman Sach's Join Ventures. He obtained a master's degree from NYU on Financial Engineering, & a certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. He is also currently an adjunct Professor at Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

George Chatzigeorgiou, CEO & Co-Founder, Skroutz S.A., Greece
George started www.skroutz.gr as a hobby project, having worked for several years as a freelance professional. Together with Vasilis Dimos they founded & operated Forty-Two, a company which was the backbone for the technical/programming development of Skroutz. A few years later, Skroutz S.A. grew to a 200+ employee strong company offering cutting-edge E-commerce solutions & is also renowned for its working environment. The company currently operates the leading price comparison engine in Greece & the subsidiaries www.alve.com (Turkey) & www.scrooge.co.uk (United Kingdom). George holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technological University of Athens.
