Newlab opened in the Brooklyn Navy Yard in 2016, transforming what was once a naval machine shop into an 84,000 square foot center of invention. Today, we are home to more than 800 entrepreneurs, engineers, & inventors from over 200 startups in a vast array of fields, from robotics, materials science, computer vision, & AI to quantum, additive manufacturing, blockchain & connected systems.

Event attendees will be asked to provide proof of vaccination & ID or proof of a negative test within 72 hours upon arrival. Verified rapid antigen or PCR tests will be accepted.
The following is acceptable proof of vaccination: NYC COVID Safe App, NY State Excelsior Pass, CDC card (including a photo of the same), or other official documents.
