At this conference, ODOS will explore how do we bridge the resource gaps for underrepresented female-owned businesses to sustainable scaled global businesses locally to global partners in the African Diaspora Global Market.

ODOS Synergy Services Global Entrepreneur Network is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization established in 2019 San Jose Ca, empowers Women of Color Entrepreneurs toppling barriers & opening access to services to build & grow their businesses. ODOS supports underrepresented women who are tired of the corporate grind & seek options, choices, & solutions. As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, we partner with consultants & experts who have products & services to assist diverse women 40-50 years of age in reaching desired goal of: ESCAPING CORPORATE LIFE, having career choices & options, learning to think out of the box & create the own careers. We also target millennial women seeking options to a nontraditional career & corporate role. ODOS Synergy Services share & promotes its services through the ODOS Network membership, webinars, & conferences. We are building a global community where entrepreneurs in other countries show their business successes & the pathway to prepare for a global marketplace.
