Steve heads up Osborne Clarke's East Coast operation - supporting US growth businesses as they enter overseas markets: initially focusing on market entry, but soon developing to international growth & multi-market penetration. Although a UK lawyer, Steve has been in the US for 10 years (9 in Silicon Valley & the last year in NYC). His pragmatic style & knowledge of navigating the legal hurdles of international growth helps to ensure a smooth transition to an overseas market. Whilst Osborne Clarke's US team don't advise clients on US legal matters, we support European & Asian clients enter the US market by leveraging our contacts & networks on the East & West Coasts to provide introductions to the right people for the job.

Tim has deep expertise in supporting US companies entering Europe, Asia & other international markets. From the firm's New York office, he provides support & guidance for Osborne Clarke's US clients as they extend their reach overseas working with the firm's in-country experts across the globe to ensure a seamless service. He has specific expertise in advising clients on market entry abroad & leads many of the firm's international expansion initiatives. Tim has been working with US companies expanding globally for over nine years working on the UK's Tech City project & leading Osborne Clarke's business development efforts in Silicon Valley for five years. He holds a BA in Global Business from USC & a JD from Santa Clara University.
